Richard Mason completed a Bachelors degree (Hons) in Construction Management at Newcastle University in 1998.
Having worked for consultants, mid and top tier commercial contractors in Australia, Scotland, and Central London, moved back to Australia and since 2004 has worked on the delivery of many projects in Northern NSW.
Including Government and Private Sector, Commercial projects, Preschools, Aboriginal Community projects, childcare buildings, specialist disability housing, general, affordable and accessible housing, public infrastructure buildings, public education and associated facilities and others
Services include construction and project management, Superintendent Function, specialist building consulting and client representative work.
RMCP have operated for owners, developers and project funders including Banks, Strata Managers, Building Owners, Government and Non Government Organisations in ranging capacities from signing off on progress payments, to the provision of Access Reports and Audits, to Project Managing building projects and portions of work.
