RMCP is an expert niche project management and specialist consulting provider servicing the NSW region, dedicated to the delivery of high-quality project management services to our clients as agreed by contract, at a quality that meets or exceeds expectations, within budget, and in an efficient and timely manner.

RMCP aims to take time to understand client needs, be respectful, communicative, reliable and informative, to foster robust project relationships and finish to a high standard with a better relationship than started with.

RMCP is committed to satisfy applicable requirements,

This achieved through:

  • Identifying the processes needed for the Integrated Management System and their application throughout the organisation
  • Determining the sequence and interaction of these processes
  • Determining criteria and methods needed to ensure that both the operation and control of these processes are effective
  • Planning and ensuring the availability of resources and information necessary to support the operation and monitoring of these processes
  • Monitoring, measuring and analysing these processes
  • Implementing actions necessary to achieve planned results and continual improvement of these processes and outcomes.

Strategies will include:

  • Setting measurable, realistic and achievable quality objectives which are reviewed at least annually.
  • Monitoring progress toward achieving our quality objectives using the Improvement system and monitoring progress of specific plans.
  • Performing Quality Control processes to ensure defect and error free services and work
  • Ensuring the entire Integrated Management System is reviewed at least annually for continuing suitability and effectiveness.

The IMS of RMCP is based on the concepts of the continuous improvement process of Plan, Do, Check Act and conforms to the requirements as defined in ISO 9001:2015.

WORKPLACE HEALTH & SAFETY

RMCP recognises it is our moral and legal responsibility to provide a safe and healthy work environment for employees, contractors, clients and visitors while undergoing all project management services.  This commitment extends to the local community by not putting any person at risk of injury, illness or property damage. RMCP complies with relevant WHS legislation, health department requirements, demonstrates due diligence and applies best practice strategies for our industry and the industries we service.

RMCP is committed to eliminate hazards and reduce OH&S Risks.

This is achieved through:

  • Complying with statutory requirements, codes, standards including ISO45001:2018 and guidelines.
  • Defining roles and responsibilities for the management of occupational health, safety and environment.

Strategies will include:

  • Continually improve the effectiveness of the Safety Management System
  • We will set and regularly review WHS objectives which are measurable, realistic and achievable
  • Monitoring progress toward achieving our WHS objectives
  • Ensuring occupational health and safety management principles are included in all organisational planning activities
  • Providing ongoing education and training to employees;
  • Consulting with employees and other parties to improve decision-making on occupational health and safety matters
  • Ensuring incidents are investigated and lessons are learnt within the organisation and providing an emergency response program and that workers have an obligation to take reasonable care of the health and safety of themselves and others
  • Providing enough resources to ensure occupational health, safety and environment is a central part of the organisation
  • Ensuring effective injury management and rehabilitation is provided to all employees
  • Provision of adequate facilities for the welfare of workers, and to ensure they comply with our policies.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

RMCP affirms the importance of protecting and enhancing the health, diversity and productivity of the environment for the benefit of our clients, workers, shareholders and the community and future generations. RMCP controls business processes throughout project management and all back-office operations for the protection of the environment. Our commitment is to minimise or eliminate pollution and other damage to the environment caused by our services and work activities.

This is achieved through:

  • Complying with statutory requirements, codes, contractual requirements and standards including ISO14001:2015 and guidelines.
  • Defining roles and responsibilities for occupational health, safety and environment.

Strategies will include:

  • Continually improving our environmental management performance by regular reviews and setting realistic, measurable environmental objectives and targets;
  • Measuring our progress toward achieving our environmental objectives using the Improvement system and quarterly performance reviews in the Improvement Review and taking further preventative actions taken as necessary;
  • Preventing pollution of the environment from activities over which we have control,
  • Conducting business with suppliers who also have a commitment to responsible environmental management,
  • Addressing, as a priority, threats of serious or irreversible environmental damage,
  • Conserving biological diversity and ecological integrity,
  • Using the real cost of environmental factors in project decisions,
  • Providing training and education to workers and contractors.

This policy and associated procedures will be reviewed in consultation with relevant parties and when any changes or amendments to the relevant legislation and/or every twelve (12) calendar months from the date promulgated.
